The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced a recruitment drive for a total of 470 Executive and Diploma Engineer posts. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply online for these positions. The last date to submit online applications is September 03, 2026.

Eligibility / Qualification
Post No.1: B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical/Civil/Computer Science and IT/Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation or equivalent) with 65% marks [SC/ST/PWD: 55% marks]
Post No.2: MBA/PG Diploma (Business Administration + Marketing Management)
Post No.3: (i) Graduate degree in any discipline with 60% marks (ii) LLB with 60% marks [SC/ST/PWD: 55% marks] (iii) 02 years of experience
Post No.4: (i) M.Sc. (Chemistry/Inorganic Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Physical Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) (ii) 02 years of experience
Post No.5: (i) Engineering Diploma with 65% marks (ii) Industrial Safety Diploma (SC/ST/PWD: 55% marks)
Age Limit & Application Fee
As on 01 July 2026, the age limit for Post No.1 & 2 is 18 to 26 years, for Post No.3 is 18 to 28 years, and for Post No.4 & 5 is 18 to 30 years. Age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates will be applicable as per government norms.
The application fee is ₹1000/- for General, OBC, and EWS categories. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are exempt from paying any application fee.
