Eligibility / Qualification
Each post has specific educational and experience requirements as outlined below:
- Manager (Engg-Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Engg-Elect): Degree in Electrical Engineering + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) or PG Diploma (Management / Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst) + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (IT): BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT / Electronics) or MCA + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Architecture): Degree in Architecture + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Law): Law Degree + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Fire Services): BE/B.Tech (Fire / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering) + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Operations): B.Sc + MBA or an Engineering Degree + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Commercial): B.Sc + MBA (Marketing) or an Engineering Degree + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Corporate Planning & Management Services): Post-graduate degree in Mathematical Statistics / Operations Research / Statistics / Applied Statistics / Economics with Statistics / Mathematics with Statistics + 03 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Corporate Communications): Full-time regular degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Literature (Hindi or English) and a post-graduate degree or two-year full-time regular diploma in Journalism / Mass Media / Mass Communication.
- Junior Executive (Finance): MBA (Finance) or PG Diploma (Management / Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst).
- Junior Executive (Law): Law Degree.
- Junior Executive (Operations): B.Sc + MBA or an Engineering Degree.
- Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): BE/B.Tech (Civil) or M.Sc (Geography / Remote Sensing & Geographic Information Systems) or Postgraduate Degree (Geomatics).
Age Limit & Application Fee
Age Limit (as of 07 September 2026):
Posts No. 1 to 11 (Manager cadre): 18 to 32 years
Posts No. 12 to 15 (Junior Executive cadre): 18 to 27 years
Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 05 years; OBC candidates get 03 years.
