Eligibility / Qualification

Post No. 1 – Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication with 60% marks; and
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Post No. 2 – Assistant Manager (HR)
- First-class Post-graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or MSW or MBA (HR) or PG Diploma in Management with HR specialization.
Post No. 3 – Assistant Manager (F&A)
- B.Com degree; and
- CA / ICWA qualification.
Post No. 4 – Assistant Manager (MM)
- First-class Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Pulp & Paper Technology, Electronics, or Printing Technology; and
- PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA in Material Management, Stores Management, Purchase, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management.
Post No. 5 – Assistant Manager (IT)
- First-class MCA or First-class B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
Post No. 6 – Assistant Manager (OL)
- First-class Post-graduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject; and
- Minimum 2 years of translation experience.
Post No. 7 – Assistant Manager (Safety)
- One of the following: Engineering degree in any discipline + 2 years of experience OR B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) + 5 years of experience OR Engineering Diploma + 6 years of experience OR Engineering degree or Diploma + 6 years of relevant experience; and
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety.
